The amino-acid version of VapoCept covered on this site lists seven ingredients, each with a published dose. Here's what each one contributes.
L-Arginine (200mg), L-Arginine AKG (200mg), L-Citrulline HCl (100mg), and L-Citrulline Malate (100mg) make up the bulk of the formula, all connected to the nitric oxide pathway that supports healthy blood vessel dilation.
Niacin (7.5mg NE) supports NAD+ production, a coenzyme cells use for energy. The malate portion of L-Citrulline Malate plays a secondary role here too, since malate is involved in cellular energy metabolism.
Beta-Alanine (40mg) supports carnosine levels, an antioxidant compound. Calcium (18mg) rounds out the nutritional profile in a modest, supporting amount.
The label calls for one capsule daily, generally recommended before a meal.
